“Appropriate Infrastructures for Philippine Weather Seasons”

     The Philippines has two weather seasons: summer and monsoon, stickily hot and humid when the sun shines continuously at a certain period and lashed by typhoons when it not just rains at another time. Any kind of infrastructure that is to be placed considers this fact alone to make sure no one more Filipino goes through heatstroke and deluge.
