“What the Jones Bridge Needs”

What the Jones Bridge needs is not fancy lights which only make it ridiculous and untidy but to be reverted to its original design of one hundred years ago. It looks intricate but it's easy. Make a cast exactly copying it. Attach it to the bridge. Fill into it the pipe carrying the utility cables that need to pass along the bridge. Pour it with concrete. A simple yellow light is enough to make the reverted Jones Bridge glow at night.
